About Us
Founder’s Story
Founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Tom Gallow, Gallow Associates began as a vision to help people grow both professionally and personally. Over the years, the company has served as a corporate umbrella for multiple ventures, including Green Side Up Lawn Service (operated until 2019) and The Gallow Group, a private entity created to empower others to build and lead their own companies.
Beyond business, Tom’s mission has always been people-centered. As a private life coach, he has helped countless individuals recover from addiction and substance abuse, guiding them through mentorship rooted in faith, discipline, and compassion. Tom has been happily married since 2003 and is blessed with grown children and three grandchildren—a family that continues to inspire his values of love, humility, and servant leadership.
